Neighborhood Watch

Apparently there is a song called “how much is that doggy in the window…”

I only know this, because for some reason, humans keep singing “how much is that bunny in the window…" and giggling when I’m on duty. I couldn’t figure out why…my neighborhood watch duties are serious business, not a laughing matter: I’m looking out for Ms. Ronnie and her squirrel babies, scanning for any sketchy looking birds to alert her. (#KeepMovingHawk) I’m looking out for my pup-besties, making sure their humans don’t forget to let them swing by to say hi, cause you know, bestie code. I’m also looking out for my favorite neighbors, making sure they’re happy, which is an equally important part of my neighborhood watch duties! So imagine my surprise, when folks were giggling and singing some jingle. Finally, I turned and thumped at Mommy and she explained things to me. I guess I’ll let it slide…soon enough I’ll be taken seriously…!!
